Report Rescue is operated by Orbits. By using the service, you agree to these terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy.

Your content stays yours

You retain your rights to the reports you upload. You give us permission to process them with our service providers solely to provide and protect the review service. You must have the authority to share the files, including any client or personal information they contain.

Use your judgment

Reviews, grades, and rewrites are generated with AI and may be inaccurate or incomplete. Grades assess the supplied report, not campaign performance, and are not certification or a promise of better results. Check the evidence, numbers, and proposed copy before sharing or relying on them. You remain responsible for decisions and material you send to clients.

Pilot availability

The service is an early product and may change, be interrupted, or become unavailable. Usage limits or an access code may apply. Download any review you wish to keep: we do not provide permanent report storage. Expressing interest in a future paid feature does not purchase it or give immediate access.

Acceptable use

Do not upload unlawful material or content you are not authorized to share, attempt to bypass usage restrictions, interfere with the service, or misrepresent a grade as independently verified. We may restrict access to address misuse or protect the service.

Embedding the tool

You may embed the Report Rescue tool using its provided embed code. Keep its branding, consent controls, and access limits intact. Embedding does not grant access to visitors' reports or guarantee uninterrupted service.

Availability and responsibility

The service is provided as available, without guarantees of accuracy or suitability for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded.
